4 days, towards the end of a 3 week holiday in Thailand.
Had eaten steak for 13 of the first 14 nights.
Offloading that one really was a case of the 'agony and the ecstasy'.

Normally have one unload a day between 7:00-8:00... my MATE goes once every 3 or 4 days and he eats like Hog and he's as skinny as a rake... his colon must be like the tardis
